Images not displaying?
If your images are not displaying, there are a couple of likely reasons:
- You need to click the Publish Changes button on your signature dashboard, then re-install.
- Sometimes a server dropout or your computer’s cache will corrupt the local HTML link to your logo. Try re-uploading your logo within your signature composition dashboard, clicking Publish Changes and re-installing.
- If you’re on an Apple device, Apple’s security update may have changed your privacy settings. To adjust these settings:
- Desktop: in Mail, go to Settings and on the far right hand side click Privacy. Ensure Protect Mail Activity and Block Remote Content are both off.
- Mobile: navigate to Settings > Mail > Privacy Protection and toggle everything off.
- Have you signed up to a plan? Signature Hound is no longer a free service and
you’ll need to be subscribed to a plan to create and share an email signature.
